Beauty Tip From Flash Boudoir

Homemade exfoliation treatment

Did you know that one of the secrets to glowing skin is exfoliation?

There is no need to spend a lot of money on products to keep your skin looking smooth. You can make your own exfoliation treatment using just two simple ingredients. Mix sugar, or sea salt, and olive oil together and apply to a freshly washed face. (Olive oil molecules are too big to absorb into the skin.) Scrub the mixture very gently for a few minutes then rinse with warm water. Follow with your favorite gentle toner. Try this once a week. You can also apply this mixture to any other areas on your body to keep your skin fresh and soft.
